BENEFITS: Specially designed for 12" x 13" dual processor (Dual XEON and Dual Athlon) server boards with vertical memory modules positioned in front of the processors. This 1U chassis utilizes two strategically placed blowers to deliver superior cooling to the processors and an air duct to move the heated air out of the chassis. There is room for more storage in the front of the case, with 3 bays for hard drives as well as a place for both a slim CD-ROM and a slim (or regular 3.5") FDD. The 1U form-factor saves room in server cabinets and the full-height PCI slot gives you an extra level of expandability. Depending on your solution, this is the perfect platform to give you extra configuration options in designing a component for your cluster.
